The order data for our first 50 backers was forwarded to our 3PL partner, and the orders were processed on 22 September. All the first 50 backers should have received notification emails with the tracking details by now, or even received their Bird Buddy devices already. We look forward to receiving the first reactions and will be keeping in touch with these backers every step of the way. We are immensely grateful for their willingness to provide us feedback during this crucial first stage of fulfillment.

We are also preparing the next 100 orders for shipping. On 22 September, the next 100 US/Canadian backers received an email to double-check their addresses.

Another reminder for those of you who backed us on Kickstarter and Indiegogo to check your addresses with us again, if you’ve moved since placing your pledge (our fundraising campaigns were active from Nov 2020 to May 2021). For those of you with pre-orders placed through our online store from May 2021, no worries just yet; we will be contacting you to double-check your shipping information as well in the near future.
